Hatcher's Pass

We had an adventure today :)
The GoPro got it's first outing!
It was a dam good time!

We rolled into Hatcher's Pass around 2:30, (That is a really rough guess. We HAD to get pizza first. ) un-trailered the four wheelers and headed up. It wasn't that long of a hike, if i had hiked it. ha. suckers. We stopped a few times to enjoy the ride and attempt to avoid the lakes that they call puddles here. There are beaver dams all over and it makes for exciting detours. I had never seen a real beaver dam before today. exciting. They were all pretty massive in size. The very last one we saw was HUGE. Apparently "someone" blew half of it up so that the beaver's would stop making a mess of the whole dam place.
It was fun to see all of the rotting buildings from the old gold miners. A lot of it is just trash left over but I really enjoy those quirky historic things you find. We think we found some gold today but we probably won't waste any money on seeing if we're right lol.
It was so nice to be out of the house/office/#lovehut and be disconnected!
Also, Happy 10 Monthiversary Love! Every day is an adventure with you! xoxoxo

Just enjoying life over there. Dork.

I love a man that can work a camera ;)
The OTHER half of the huge dam.
I will say that Jeff made me, my toes are STILL cold!

 ....... of course.
