WHAT A GOON
Easton got the go ahead from the neonatologist yesterday to stop caffeine! Woohoo! We are hoping this trial run is successful and we can STAY off of it. So today was his first day sans caffeine and we are thinking it was a rough withdrawal for the poor kiddo. I can imagine it will be quite the headache without his daily caffeine just like anyone who has been drinking soda every morning for three months straight. For being drug free, his monitor has only gone off only once which is such a good sign. Keep it up brother! Breathe breathe breathe! He was kind of clingy and angry when he wasn't asleep so we gave him some Tylenol to hopefully help ease the blow. Kenai was trying to be a big helper and comfort him with his nose in his rocker haha. ALSO, Easton has been up a LOT more lately and has been essentially begging for something to entertain him and discover so I hook his pack n play's toy/dangle/thingy on his crib and added some other fun toys to it for him to look at. Today, he totally kicked his happy little self to sleep and it was AWESOME.
