Torn ACL in high school and severe sprain this week
Jeff decided on Tuesday that it would be a good day to blow his ankle.

Okay, it was only a severe sprain but air cast and crutches for a week have not been fun lol.
He has to keep the air cast on anytime he's up and moving for a few weeks. He's getting pretty good at using his crutches and rolling around on the office chair. On the other hand, he's been horrible at icing and elevating haha. Worst patient ever.
It was actually surprising that the first night he hardly had any swelling and zero bruising. Day 2 he was a cute foot balloon and not until day 3 he got that beautiful bruising. It looks like we hung him by his ankles. It has been progressively getting worse as far as the bruising goes but the swelling has gone down and he's gotten a little mobility.
Will I be letting him play for the next month? Nope. My bank account is refusing to let me give him the keys to go. lol.
